Neither Brat, nor Wrapped, just done

As we say goodbye to 2024 (whew!) and look towards the uncertainty of 2025 (yikes!), we'd like to share our sincere gratitude to the SCA community of students, faculty, and staff, as well as our friends and colleagues in 間眅埶AV's Vancity Office of Community Engagement, 間眅埶AV Galleries (soon to become the Gibson Art Museum), the Goldcorp Centre for the Arts Production and Event Services team, and the . But most especially, we're grateful to everyone who came out to our many events and performances this past year. Despite the , including 間眅埶AV, we'll be back next year working as hard as ever, running classes and producing as many great events and performances as usual. Because that's what we do! And with 間眅埶AV Galleries' coming relocation, we've also reclaimed the Audain Gallery space, which, under the direction of the SCA's Sabine Bitter, was originally more directly integrated into the SCA. We'll share more about the future of the Audain Gallery as our plans come together, but we're excited about this development. In the meantime, we're welcoming Oscar Tuazon, the January 2025 Audain Visual Artist in Residence, for his exhibition What Trees Need, opening January 16, 2025. We hope to see you there!
