Biographies
Erika Mitsuhashi
Erika Mitsuhashi is an interdisciplinary artist and performer living and working on the unceded, ancestral, and occupied, traditional lands of the x妢m庛k妢ym (Musqueam), Sl穩lwta优 (Tsleil-Waututh), and Skwxw繳7mesh (Squamish) Nations of the Coast Salish peoples, known as Vancouver, British Columbia. She studied at 間眅埶AV School for the Contemporary Arts receiving a BFA (hons) in dance.
Jivesh Parasram
Jivesh is an award-winning multi-disciplinary artist, and facilitator of Indo-Caribbean descent. His work has toured Nationally and Internationally. Jiv is the founding Artistic Producer of Pandemic Theatre, and became the Artistic Director of Rumble Theatre following three years as the Associate Artistic Producer at Theatre Passe Muraille. He was a member of the Cultural Leader Lab with the Banff Centre and Toronto Arts Council. His public service work has included collaborations with the Ad Hoc Assembly, The Canadian Commission for UNESCO, and as an advisor to the National Arts Centre. His current cultural practice centres decolonization through aesthetics.
Jarin Schexnider
Jarin is an arts administrator and performer who has worked to build safe(r) spaces of creative expression for artists, explorers, and tinkerers for over 15 years. She is the founder and Artistic Director of What Lab, an arts incubator and warehouse space in East Vancouver.
Amanda Sum
Amanda Sum (she/her) is a performer and creator who dances between theatre and music. She is based in Vancouver, on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
