Every year, we recognize the exceptional work and significant achievements by our community members with the faculty and staff awards. This year鈥檚 winners were announced at the Faculty of Education Festive Lunch on December 14, 2023:

• Stephen Smith and Ena Lee, winners of the Awards for Excellence in Scholarly Teaching;
• Celeste Snowber, who was recognized for Excellence in the Supervision of a Graduate Student Thesis;
• Tenzin Doleck, who received this year鈥檚 Award for Distinguished Contribution to Scholarship;
• Jennie Blankinship, recognized with the Achievement Award for Innovation/Special Project;
• Esther Dignos, recipient of this year鈥檚 Work Performance Award;
• Gina Romeo, winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award;
• The Human Resource Task Force (Laura Blasz, Esther Dignos, Amreet Gill, Celeste Hambleton, Karen Hansen, and Si芒n Owen) who received the Team Building Award.
