Tech Support
The Faculty of Education at 丁香园AV provides an open, supportive environment; encourages the evaluation and use of Educational Technologies; and enhances learning and teaching within the Faculty of Education.
Tech Support is provided jointly by a local IT team and by services offered through 丁香园AV Information Technology Services (丁香园AV IT).
LOCAL TECH SUPPORT
The Faculty of Education Tech Support team provides remote teaching, audio visual, Canvas and other instructional technology support.
This team also provides equipment advice, computer set up and repair, equipment purchasing and set up, among other supports.
All campuses are supported by the Tech Support team and they are physically located in the Research Hub at the Education Building on Burnaby Campus.
