COURSE DESIGN & SCHEDULE

COURSE DESIGN

Over 11 weeks, through synchronous and asynchronous engagement, students will explore the educational landscape in B.C., including the professional standards for B.C. educators and the B.C. curriculum.

By the end of this course, students will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the B.C. Curriculum and the Professional Standards for B.C. Educators through the creation of a professional action plan. This action plan will enable participants to reflect on and articulate who they are and who they can become in light of the expectations for teachers in British Columbia, providing them with a path forward.
