Nurturing Knowledge: Edmonds Community School Celebrates Generous Donation from Education Class of 2023
On June 28, 2023, the Faculty of Education made a heartwarming visit to in Burnaby, where they presented a collection of books to enrich the school library. This generous donation was awarded to the school as part of the inaugural Legacy Gift, thoughtfully chosen by the Class of 2023.
The graduates had a unique opportunity to select a cause they felt passionate about, and after careful consideration, they unanimously voted for "Books for a School Library" as their top priority. Edmonds Community School was the recipient of their thoughtful choice.
Nestled in the vibrant Burnaby neighborhood, Edmonds Community School stands as a shining exemplar of inclusivity, care, and academic excellence within one of the most diverse communities in the province. The institution's unwavering belief in the extraordinary potential of its students is evident in every aspect of its educational approach, fostering a welcoming environment where over 60 languages are spoken.
