Office Ergonomics
Training
Office Ergonomics training has been developed for all ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV employees who perform computer work. It's purpose is to inform employees of common musculoskeletal injuries, ergonomics risk factors associated with computer work, and teach them how to set up a comfortable and safe workspace.

Workstation Assessments
The WorksafeBC Regulation "" requires that ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV assesses workstations and work activities.
EHRS conducts assessments and provides recommendations via email or a report if required. Supervisors are expected to follow up on recommendations.
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV employees are strongly encouraged to complete the Office Ergonomics Training before requesting an assessment.
Prior to submitting a request for an office ergonomics assessment, please complete the Ergonomics Self-Assessment Checklist. The completed pdf can be uploaded with the webform linked below.
