Biography
Nathan’s REM 699 project involves estimating the incremental effect of single-family zoning on housing costs in Vancouver. This was a complicated study in terms of data gathering and statistical analysis, but he has already completed his work and submitted drafts. During his time in REM, Nathan has engaged in planning meetings and processes, such as helping former Vancouver mayor, Sam Sullivan, bring in experts in urban planning for public talks in Vancouver.
