TaleCraft: The Three Little Bears Adventure
Interactive system
By: Erika Miranda, Sandra Cao, Irina Ng, Elizabeth Liao, Jiawei Shi
Course: IAT 267 Introduction to Technological Systems
Description: Interactive TaleCraft blends the classic story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears with an engaging board game system. It not only entertains users with an age-old narrative, but also invites them to actively participate in the story’s progression by integrating rotation, force, and light sensors; individuals can shape the narrative through their choices, and the system responds dynamically. And as they navigate, users learn to build their own paths with a linear story. Being able to break away from the concept of having one choice and one ending. This combination of storytelling and sensor-based interaction makes an innovative and immersive project that can captivate users of all ages.
