Facilities Services by the numbers
The department is responsible for stewardship of ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV's lands and buildings that serve more than 26,000 students and encompass more than 432,000 square meters of campus buildings on 156.8 hectares of land.
Our 150+ staff members plus 140+ external contract employees are our most valuable asset. Our credentials vary widely; we are comprised of skilled technicians and trades persons, custodians, groundskeepers, mechanics, electricians and carpenters, operating engineers, maintenance professionals, clerical assistants, engineers, architects, technologists, managers, administrators and more.
