is an author and teacher of n礙hiyaw 璽pihtawikosis璽n (Cree-M矇tis) and European descent. Born and raised on St籀:l territory, she currently lives on the unceded territories of the x妢m庛k妢ym (Musqueam), Skwxw繳7mesh (Squamish), and slilwta (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. Her debut story collection, (Anvil Press, 2017), won the , and was also a finalist for the and the . Her short stories and essays have been translated into several languages and anthologized in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Her newest collection, Last Woman, and a novel, are forthcoming with McClelland & Stewart.

An anthology of selections by finalists since 2018, titled , is being released by in May 2023.
is a Cree, Ojibwe, and German/Jewish settler. She has worked for more than twenty years in the performing and creative arts, and for the last decade in literary management. She began that work at in 2012, where she rose through the ranks to senior agent, representing literary 麍ction and non-麍ction with a focus on Indigenous creators and political engagement. Her authors were acknowledged by virtually every awards jury in the country, including the , the , the , the , the , the , and many others. Pieter Swinkels worked at for the past 12 years, most recently as Chief Content Officer. He was responsible for Kobos global publisher relations, for the self-publishing platform and the publishing program. He also led the development and launch of and the subscription services. Before moving to Canada in 2011, Pieter worked as publisher at the leading Dutch publishing house in Amsterdam. Since leaving Kobo, Pieter has founded , which connects authors to readers around the world and empowers publishers to internationalize and verticalize their content. Pieter lives and works in Toronto.
Adrienne Tang, VP, Subsidiary Rights, is in charge of the Rights Department at . She is responsible for domestic and foreign rights business across adult and childrens publishing at PRHC, which includes , , , t, , Random House Canada and . She joined PRHC in late 2020 to build a Rights Department, and has 17 years of experience in Canadian publishing.
