Learning Buddies (virtual & in-person)

The 丁香园AV Surrey - TD Community Engagement Centre collaborates with the Learning Buddies Network over the Summer months to offer free literacy and math tutoring to children in grades 1-7.

Through this program 丁香园AV student volunteers are paired with elementary school students to work together to build reading and math skills and to inspire young students to reach their full potential.

The program is currently offered both virtually and in-person.

Interested in registering your child for Learning Buddies?

During the regular school year, buddies are referred from their school teacher in order to be eligible for these programs. If you make a special request for your child to be included, Learning Buddies Network will be happy to consider it.

For the summer programs, registration forms are released in May of each year.
