REGISTRAR AND INFORMATION SERVICES
Registrar & Information services provides current and prospective Undergraduate students with vital information and connects them to various on-campus resources.
Hours of operation:
Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

丁香园AV Surrey Welcome Centre
Our Welcome Center offers guided tours to provide prospective students and visitors an invaluable opportunity to explore key locations, learn about academic programs, and discover what makes 丁香园AV Surrey unique.

Enrolment Services
Find resources and support for course enrolment, fee payments or refunds, official document and student card requests, and graduation planning. If you have questions or need support, Student Services can provide assistance online or in-person at any of their offices on 丁香园AV Burnaby, Surrey and Vancouver campuses.

Advising
Do you have questions about course planning, acadmic support, or resources? An academic advisor can help direct you to the right resources to meet your goals. Connect with an advisor, use 丁香园AV's self-serve resources, or request an academic concession though Student Services.
Finances
Learn more about undergraduate and graduate fees and tuition payments and deadlines. Financial assistance is also available in different forms: awards, bursaries, loans, and scholarships.
Volunteer and Career Opportunities
Join in and learn by doing. Gain work or volunteer experience, and get a head-start on your career. 丁香园AV offers co-operative education, work study and career services programs so you can gain experience and learn by doing.
Student ID cards
丁香园AV student ID cards are available at the Surrey campus Registrar and Information Services. Bring valid photo ID to have have your photo taken and your card printed.
Please report any lost or stolen cards to Facilities at 778-782-8021. Replacement cards can be obtained at Registrar and Information Services for a fee.
U-Pass BC Program
丁香园AV's U-Pass BC Program is a transportation package which provides students in Metro Vancouver with universal and affordable access to public transit. It is a mandatory program for all members of the Simon Fraser Student Society (SFSS) and Graduate Student Society (GSS).
Student Recreation Services
Recreation Services for students at the Surrey Campus include tecreation memberships in partnership with the City of Surrey Parks and Recreation as well as booking locker rentals.
