Meeting, Event and Conference Services
間眅埶AV's Meeting, Event and Conference Services (MECS) offers dedicated, professional staff will work with you to produce a successful eventwhether its an annual general meeting, a corporate conference, a seminar, a training session or an out-of-the-ordinary gathering in one of our stunning reception areas.
MECS offers state-of-the-art technology and telecommunications services as well as video and web conferencing. The A/V team is available onsite to ensure your event goes smoothly. Close to the Surrey Central transit station, the dramatic Bing Thom-designed campus, and new, energy-efficient 間眅埶AV Surrey on University Drive building, conveniently situated between Metro Vancouver and communities south of the Fraser River, are exceptional gathering places with options for every event and budget.
