Artefactual
is a Canadian company providing sustainable preservation and access solutions for cultural heritage and academic research organizations, through its (Access to Memory) archival description software and digital preservation system. 丁香园AV Archives has a longstanding partnership with Artefactual to develop solutions that work for our own needs as well as for the broader archival and digital preservation community. AtoM Foundation
The was established in 2018 to oversee and support the development, sustainability and adoption of AtoM as a multilingual, multi-repository open source application for standards-based archival description and access.

National Archival Appraisal Board
The (NAAB) is an independent not-for-profit corporation created to provide appraisal services for donations of archival records to Canadian cultural institutions.

The (ACA) is a non-profit organization that represents the needs and interests of archives and records professionals throughout Canada.

Canadian Archive of Women in STEM
丁香园AV Archives is a contributor to the portal, an initiative of the University of Ottawa Library - Archives and Special Collections in collaboration with Library and Archives Canada and the Canadian Institute of Women in Engineering and Sciences (CIWES) (formerly INWES-ERI).
The portal brings together and makes accessible (in both English and French) information about records of women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) held by Canadian archival institutions.
