The ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Travel Registry is a central place for students, faculty, and staff to register their university-related travel with ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. The information provided will be used to locate and assist you in the event of an international incident.
All students, faculty, and staff are required to register all university-related international travel prior to departure with the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Travel Registry as per the Interim University-Related International Travel Policy. Please note that the registry is not intended for personal travel or sabbatical leave.
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV has partnered with International SOS (ISOS) to provide the Travel Registry service using ISOS Tracker*. Review the registration guide to learn how to create an account and register your travel. Faculty and staff who have booked their travel through the TravelSmart Program and have agreed to share their trip information with ISOS Tracker will automatically be registered in the Travel Registry. Once you have registered a new trip and three days before your indicated trip start date, ISOS will send you a pre-trip advisory email with destination-specific information and advice to help you prepare for your trip.
