Persian Feta Wrap

Look no further for a recipe that's healthy, fresh and requires no cooking! We tried a persian twist on this lunch wrap and it was DELICIOUS. Be sure to try out this new foldover technique as it prevents the ingredients from getting soggy and falling out.

Ingredients

  • Pita/Flat bread
  • Persian feta cheese (regular feta works just fine!)
  • Walnuts
  • Fresh mint
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber

* You can make this recipe vegan by using vegan feta

Steps

  1. Cut cucumbers, tomatoes and shred the mint leaves
  2. Make a cut on the pita/flat bread, this is a part of the fold over techique 
  3. Place feta cheese and walnuts
  4. Place cucumbers
  5. Place tomatoes
  6. Fold wrap over three times (see video)
  7. Cut in half and enjoy!
