My SSP
Crisis support is available to all ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV graduate and undergraduate students from anywhere in the world by phone or through the downloadable app. Worldwide, immediate options are available 24/7 in English, French, Korean, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish. This service is also available to staff and faculty if they are supporting a student in distress.

Health & Counselling
Emergencies can be seen on the same day at the Burnaby or Vancouver Clinics during operating hours. If you need to see a counsellor due to a sudden loss, traumatic or critical incident, or suicidal thoughts and feelings—or if you are staff supporting a student in distress, please notify the front desk when you call or arrive.
