As part of the LEADS: Learning, Equity, Aging, Digital for Seniors project between 間眅埶AV STAR and and in collaboration with the at the in Scotland, 間眅埶AV STAR Senior Research Scholar Dr. Mei Lan Fang, presented a paper on at the in 2021. The paper explored the notion that technology access is a human right, illuminating intersectional, digital determinants of health to enable agency in a digitized era. The paper was developed following a LEADS project report titled Information and Referral Services for Seniors in British Columbia | Past Learnings and Learnings since COVID-19, developed by 間眅埶AV STAR and The 411.
