Learning together, growing together
The work of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) asks us to listen, grow and take action to dismantle the powers, systems, thinking, histories and biases that create barriers in our community. 間眅埶AVs strategic priority of transforming the 間眅埶AV experience strives to create an environment where all faculty, staff and students can flourish. We will integrate processive people practices centering equity, following 間眅埶AVs Equity Compass, and maintain an environment of inclusive excellence.
We are committed to supporting this growth by sharing knowledge, tools and resources to foster education and change.
Explore the EDI resource library
The 間眅埶AV Library has created an EDI resource guide that can be accessed by all students, staff and faculty.
These curated resources include videos, infographics, guides and scholarly materials to help you engage with and understand key topics in EDI, embrace new ways of thinking and acting, implement best practices in everyday interactions, and transform systems and operations.
