Guest tickets for graduands

Tickets are required for all guests in Convocation Mall. Graduands were guaranteed up to 3 guest tickets for their ceremony if they claimed their tickets in round 1 by 11:59 p.m. PT on Monday, September 30. Children aged 2 and under do not require tickets if they're seated in the lap of an adult.

Graduands do not require tickets, but they must confirm their attendance by following the steps listed on the Graduation Checklist for undergraduate degrees or graduate degrees

Before claiming guest tickets, graduands should check the convocation schedule or their senate letter email to confirm their ceremony date and time.

-------

IMPORTANT NOTE: If graduands miss the initial deadline to claim their 3 tickets, we cannot guarantee there will be any remaining tickets for them. There will be no exceptions, so plan accordingly and claim guest tickets from Eventbrite immediately. Following the initial deadline, remaining tickets will be added to the extra ticket inventory and distributed in a 2nd and 3rd release of tickets (if available).

If graduands submitted a guest email for each attendee ticket, the guest will receive an email with a link to "claim your order". They will need to log into Eventbrite (or create an account) using the same email address you provided to access their tickets.

If graduands submitted their own email for each attendee ticket, they will receive an email with a link to "go to my tickets". Graduands will need to log into Eventbrite (or create an account) using the same email they provided and download and share the tickets with their guests. Note: if graduands claimed multiple tickets, they appear in 1 document.

For the best experience we suggest using a web browser to download your tickets instead of the Eventbrite app. The web browser allows you to download PDF tickets which can be shared electronically or printed and contain important event information for your guests. The app tickets cannot be printed, are harder to share, and do not contain event information.
