Graduation Checklist Deadlines
| May 3 (Friday) | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in June 2024 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Spring 2024 term. |
| May 6 (Monday) | Graduation application for Summer 2024 term opens. |
| June 14 (Friday) | Early deadline to apply and pay for the early application fee on for graduation in October 2024 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2024 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| August 9 (Friday) | Final deadline to apply and pay for the regular application fee on for graduation in October 2024 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2024 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| September 3 (Tuesday) | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in October 2024 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2024 term. |

| December 13, 2024 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Fall 2024 term to attend convocation in June 2025. |
| December 31, 2024 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Fall 2024 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
| January 3, 2025 | Last day to cancel gradaution application, if you are completing degree requirements in the Fall 2024 term. |
| April 18, 2025 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Spring 2025 term to attend convocation in June 2025. |
| April 30, 2025 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Spring 2025 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
| May 9, 2025 | Last day to cancel gradaution application, if you are completing degree requirements in the Spring 2025 term. |
