Graduation Checklist Deadlines
| May 9 (Friday) | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in June 2025 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Spring 2025 term. |
| May 26 (Monday) | Graduation application for completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term begin. |
| June 27 (Friday) | Early deadline to apply and pay for the early application fee on for graduation in October 2025 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| August 15 (Friday) | Final deadline to apply and pay for the regular application fee on for graduation in October 2025 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term. Note that the graduation fee will be charged for each degree, diploma and certificate for which you are applying. |
| September 2 (Tuesday) | Deadline to cancel application to graduate in October 2025 convocation ceremonies, if you are completing degree requirements in the Summer 2025 term. |

| April 18, 2025 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Spring 2025 term to attend convocation in June 2025. |
| April 30, 2025 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Spring 2025 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
| May 9, 2025 | Last day to cancel gradaution application, if you are completing degree requirements in the Spring 2025 term. |
| August 15, 2025 | Final deadline to apply on for graduation if you are completeing requirements in the Summer 2025 term to attend convocation in October 2025. |
| August 25, 2025 | Thesis or project defence and library submission (if applicable) deadline for graduation from the Summer 2025 term. Any course work must have received a final grade by this date. |
