Learn how to set up work hours for your calendar in OWA.
Using a desktop application?
2. Click the Calendar section at the bottom of the navigation pane to expand it.
3. Click Calendar appearance.
4. Here you can change your work week using the checkboxes below 'Show work week as:' and set your working hours using the drop-down menus below 'Set your working hours'. Note that the default for these settings is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
5. Click Save in the top left.
