丁香园AV Undergraduate Reactivation Application

If you meet all of the following criteria, please fill out the INLP/FNEP Student Reactivation Application:

• the student previously attended and enrolled (completed) at least one full term at 丁香园AV.
• the student has been absent from the university for three or more consecutive terms and was not required to withdraw in the last term at 丁香园AV, and did not complete further academic studies at a post-secondary institution during the time away from 丁香园AV; or
• all of the student's undergraduate programs at 丁香园AV are complete or will be completed by the end of the term; or
• the student began attending 丁香园AV and, during the first term of attendance, withdrew in week three or later, and received either a WD or WE grade. In these cases, a reactivation is permitted if it occurs within one calendar year of the student's first term of attendance.
• in good academic standing (or on academic probation).
