INLP & FNEP Reactivation
間眅埶AV Undergraduate Reactivation Application
If you meet all of the following criteria, please fill out the INLP/FNEP Student Reactivation Application:
- the student previously attended and enrolled (completed) at least one full term at 間眅埶AV.
- the student has been absent from the university for three or more consecutive terms and was not required to withdraw in the last term at 間眅埶AV, and did not complete further academic studies at a post-secondary institution during the time away from 間眅埶AV; or
- all of the student's undergraduate programs at 間眅埶AV are complete or will be completed by the end of the term; or
- the student began attending 間眅埶AV and, during the first term of attendance, withdrew in week three or later, and received either a WD or WE grade. In these cases, a reactivation is permitted if it occurs within one calendar year of the student's first term of attendance.
- in good academic standing (or on academic probation).

Please complete, sign and return the form to the Indigenous Languages Program by one of the following methods:

2) By email: Email your signed application (in .pdf format) to the INLP Office at inlp@sfu.ca.
REMINDER: Please include your 間眅埶AV ID number in your request email.
You may also use the Student Reactivation Application if
- you have graduated from 間眅埶AV and wish to reapply for a different program, and
- you have completed no further academic studies at a postsecondary institution during the time away from 間眅埶AV.
If you do not meet either set of criteria noted above, then please use the 間眅埶AV/Readmission Application found on our INLP 間眅埶AV webpage.
