- have applied for or will receive merit based scholarship and/or other University funding (such as merit based fellowship; or graduate student support positions-TA/T-M/SI, etc.) in the SUMMER 2025 Academic Term. Also, please indicate on your application the number of base units (BUs) you have held to-date including the current term. ***
Qualifications:
The TA position(s) will be hired according to those qualifications listed in the Collective Agreement between ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV and TSSU Article XIII Teaching Assistant, as well as those listed in the Department of Linguistics Departmental Hiring Priority and Criteria:
• Master degree (graduate or in-progress) in Indigenous Languages, Linguistics, or a relevant discipline; or equivalent
• Knowledge of Indigenous Languages and Indigenous language revitalization initiatives
• Experience working with Indigenous peoples
