BIOGRAPHY

Nina Houle is currently writing a thesis on depictions of ancient Greece and Rome within contemporary tabletop games. She began researching historical reception in tabletop games as an undergraduate, while completing the History Honors program at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. A lifelong lover of Greek history and culture, she is working towards a career as a reference librarian, assisting students and researchers in Hellenic Studies, archaeology, and other related subjects. 

Nina lives in East Vancouver, on unceded Coast Salish territory. Outside of university, she enjoys cooking and baking, various textile-based crafts, and going for long forest walks.
