Areas of Responsibility:
- Provides the physical and technical resources necessary to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of administrative and teaching lab IT resources
- Provides support to instructors and administrative staff in the resolution of complex technical problems and works with a variety of individuals in FENV
- Provides continuity and standardization of IT resources, working collaboratively to develop processes and procedures for the delivery of technical services to instructors and staff
