Suggested First Term Schedule for High School Entrants - Fall 2024
The number of courses you take in your first term is up to you. We normally suggest you start with 4 courses rather than the maximum 5 as this will help with your transition to university level study. You can always reach out to an advisor if you need help deciding.
Before enrolling in courses, please connect with French Advisor, Hélène Pouliot, to confirm your proficiency level/course placement.
The following courses will be offered in Fall 2024. Please check with the French advisor before enrolling to determine your level and the courses she recommends for your first term:
In addition, you may wish to take 1 or 2 elective courses* in your first term. While these can be in any program area, you are encouraged to take:
- one or more of your breadth requirements (B-Hum, B-Soc, B-Sci)
*For some additional elective course suggestions, check out the FASS Fall 2024 lower division elective list
Need Help?
If you have questions about enrolment and/or the courses suggested above, please feel free to connect with the French advisor for assistance.
