間眅埶AV's Environmental Science program started over 25 years ago and became the School of Environmental Science in 2019 to address the growing global demand for Environmental Scientists. Our School Faculty have expertise in the fields of geomorphology, ecology, fluvial geomorphology, river dynamics, paleoclimatology, soil science, environmental modelling, climate change, and arctic environments. EVSC's environmental science program was listed as a standout program in Maclean's 2024 University Rankings. Our Environmental Science Student Union was established twenty-three years ago, providing an inclusive, safe, and fun space for environmental science students to collaborate and support one another, as well as providing students with administrative and research opportunities within the School.
The School of Environmental Science strives to train the next generation of scientists to tackle environmental problems - we believe we can shape a better future, and so can you!
