Nick Dulvy elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada!
Congratulations to our own Nick Dulvy for being elected as Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada!
From the Royal Society of Canada "Class of 2024" press release:
"Beyond fundamental discoveries, novel approaches and methods in fish ecology and conservation science, Nicholas Dulvy led a massive 20-year global effort to develop a new comprehensive view of the health of ocean biodiversity. He convened scientists worldwide to develop data, tools, and strategies for safeguarding marine biodiversity. His science and communications have transformed understanding of how fisheries, climate change and international trade are driving marine biodiversity loss, and the socioeconomic underpinnings of conservation progress."
