International Student Orientation
All new international undergraduate and graduate students beginning their studies at 間眅埶AV this Spring 2025 are invited to our 2-part orientation series to get transition support and make connections.
Part 1: New International Student Information Session
Attend this virtual info session to learn about key topics to prepare for your time in Canada, and get your questions answered. Session topics include:
- Immigration documents (study permits/visas) and travel requirements
- Enrollment requirements and work eligibility (Enrollment requirements as they relate to study permit conditions and work eligibility only)
- Medical insurance and supports (guard.me@間眅埶AV, BC MSP, Studentcare Health and Dental Plan)

Info Session

Part 2: Student & Advisor Panel Session + Welcome Social
Attend this in-person session to get tips from current international students and get your questions answered by advisors, followed by a welcome social.
- Student panelists represent international undergraduate and graduate experiences from various programs.
- International Student Advisor panelists can answer your questions about immigration, medical insurance, support services at 間眅埶AV, and more.
- During the Welcome Social portion of the event, you will have the opportunity to connect with other international students while enjoying the dinner served.

To attend our virtual sessions, you must have access to internet, and a working computer. Registered participants will be provided with a link in advance via email to access the online space. Our live virtual sessions will be offered via the online platform Zoom. about 間眅埶AV Zoom features, tools, and privacy.
