Consumer Disclosure
As per the Higher Education Opportunity Act (HEOA) of 2008, the U.S. Department of Education requires institutions offering U.S. Direct Lend loans to disclose consumer information. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV’s Financial Aid and Awards Office will compile consumer information annually and make this available each April: ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV's 2024 Consumer Disclosure Information Disclosure booklet. If you have any questions about the content, please contact the Financial Aid and Awards Office.
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV enters into an agreement with you, the Student, or the Parent Borrower (for Parent PLUS Loan holders), regarding your U.S. Federal Direct Loan. ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV utilizes the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) to regularly report on and provide student enrollment status and updates. Students and parent borrowers can also track and manage their federal student loans through the website.
As ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV is a participant in the U.S. Direct Loan program, our information is available through the U.S. Federal Student Aid program and students can download our three-year Default Rate file.
