Maximize your chances of an early offer of admission by following these steps to complete your application.

Your student account

Log in to your student account via

If you have received your student number and password:

Log in to using your student number. Here you will find your to-do list showing all of the documents required to complete your application.

If you have not yet received your student number and password:

Wait for our email telling you what they are.  You may also want to check your Junk Mail folder in case your email provider filed it there.  Applicants with Hotmail, Outlook, Live.com and Live.ca email addresses have experienced problems receiving ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV email: check Email Problem and complete the form to change your email address on our files.

High school and College/University transfer applicants

High school applicants

ALL secondary school applicants

Please submit an official final transcript. If you are currently upgrading courses, please wait to send your transcript until you have completed your upgraded coursework.

Deadlines for receipt of required documents

You must submit required documents by February 1 to ensure enough processing time, as Summer course enrollment begins in March. 

College/University transfer applicants

Please submit a transcript showing final marks for courses completed and a list of courses in progress by February 1. If you are currently enrolled in courses, send us another transcript as soon as those final marks are available.

Have you received my documents ?

Our busy processing periods are from January to April. If you submitted your documents during that time, some documents may take up to 6 weeks to be reflected in your Student Center To-Do List on . If you do not see any updates in six weeks, please contact us or use our web form.

When can I receive an update on my application status?

Once you have submitted all of your required documents, it can take some time for our ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVs team to thoroughly evaluate your application.

Summer term (May) admission offers are made from January to April.
