Leading Through Change & Transition with Compassion
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore the difference between change and transition, with a focus on the three phases of transition that drive effective outcomes. By understanding how people experience change differently, leaders will be equipped with tools and strategies to support their teams in navigating both the emotional and psychological aspects of transitions.
Through engaging discussions and activities, participants will learn how to lead with inclusion and compassion during each phase. By the end of the session, they will leave with an actionable plan for applying these new insights to a specific transition within their organization.

Any scenario in which you live, work, and collaborate with others is susceptible to conflict. Because workplaces are made up of individuals with different backgrounds, goals, objectives, personalities, opinions, etc., discord is bound to occur.
Conflict is normal and natural and when handled well, can at least be managed, often resolved, and potentially has very creative results. How leaders manage and resolve conflict can significantly impact the team and the entire organization. Conflict management seeks to resolve the disagreement or conflict with positive outcomes that satisfy all individuals involved or is beneficial to the group. Leaders will be exposed to understandings and skills that will help them to more successfully manage disputes in their teams.
