Economist Arthur Robson Awarded John Rae Prize
June 04, 2014
The Canadian Economics Association (CEA) has awarded ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV economics professor Arthur Robson its $10,000 John Rae Prize for his outstanding research over the past five years.
Robson, a Canada Research Chair in Economic Theory and Evolution, is the first ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV faculty member to receive this award.
His research, which bridges biology, anthropology and economics, seeks to understand how evolution influences the strategies that humans employ over time, under uncertainty and in interactions with each other.
