Inuit Art Collection at 間眅埶AV
In 1970, 間眅埶AV hosted its first exhibition of work by Inuit artists. Referred to as "Eskimo" art at the time, Curator-Director Jim Felter built the university's collection of Inuit graphics from the early days of the 間眅埶AV Gallery. By 1972, the university had acquired one of the largest collections of Inuit art outside of Ottawa.
Artists mentioned: Parr, Kiashuk, Kenojuak
