Biography

Lindsay graduated from ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2007. She worked as a Kinesiologist and then went on to continue her education at the University of British Columbia, graduating in 2011 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Lindsay believes in lifelong learning and has taken numerous courses related to things such as treatment of persistent pain, manual therapy and functional dry needling.
Lindsay worked as a physiotherapist in a multidisciplinary program focused on treating clients with chronic pain for 10 years and it is here that she developed a special interest for treating clients dealing with complex conditions and persistent pain. In addition to being a physiotherapist, Lindsay also held the role of the Clinical Services Manager which allowed her to gain experience in leadership and management. Late in 2022, she decided to shift gears and went to work in a private practice setting and enjoyed this time immensely.
Lindsay grew up in the Lower Mainland and spent her time engaged in a wide variety of sports. Through these experiences she developed a strong interest in health and fitness and eventually the rehabilitation process which is what lead to her to the path of Kinesiology and then Physiotherapy. In her spare time, you will find Lindsay hanging out with my family (2 children and husband) and friends, exploring the outdoors and staying active herself, running and strength training.
