Frequently Asked Questions

Can I apply for admission in the term in which I am completing the required courses?

All required courses must be complete at the time of the evaluation. For example, if you take one or more required courses in the Summer term for Fall admission, then you cannot apply while those courses are in progress. However, you may still apply within a brief window between after you have completed those courses and before the start of the Fall term.

When will I receive a decision on my application?

¶¡ÏãÔ°AV decisions will be made on a rolling basis and you will be notified of your admission decision via your @¶¡ÏãÔ°AV email.

What is the course repeat policy?

If you repeat a required course for admission, the highest course attempt is included in your ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV CGPA. Students must have final, standard letter grades in the required courses at the time of application evaluation.

I want to appeal my admissions decision. Where can I find more information on the appeal process?

You may submit an appeal to the Beedie School of Business Appeals Committee provided you meet eligible grounds for an appeal. Please review appeal eligibility and instructions on our website here.
