Executive MBA
間眅埶AV Beedies Executive MBA program is for senior professionals ready to take it to the next level. Whether youre on the way up, or youre already there, the EMBA will keep you razor sharp and competitive. It can also qualify you for a better position in your current career, or help you transition into a new one.
Americas MBA
This is a part-time, in-person program in Vancouver, Canada; unfortunately, international students are not eligible to apply.
Our international students are encouraged to explore our Full-Time MBA, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Master of Science in Finance programs.
The Americas MBA for Executives is an optional stream that gives EMBA students in their second year the opportunity to study relevant management issues at universities in Canada, Brazil, Mexico and the USA, the four largest economies in the Americas.
The elective responds to a growing need among companies and students for business instruction focused more deeply around concerns specific to the Americas markets. In this stream, youll prepare a significant company-based strategic analysis as your capstone project, to demonstrate the depth and breadth of your enhanced capacities.
How it works
If you elect to take the Americas MBA for Executives, you will study with your EMBA cohort as usual during the first year. For your second year, youll get together with students from the partner universities to take your final courses over four intensive nine-day residencies at the participating schools.
At each campus, your international cohort will meet at partner universities to complete coursework, observe local business practices, attend cultural events and collaborate on a two term global capstone strategy project.
- As well as forming part of your 間眅埶AV Beedie EMBA, you earn an additional Graduate Certificate in Business in the Americas.
- Classes and coursework are in English.
- There is no additional tuition for the Americas MBA for Executives stream, however you are responsible for their your accommodation, travel and living expenses.
Where you'll study
Your Americas EMBA elective will start in Vancouver, Canada and end in Nashville, USA with stops in Sao Paulo, Brazil and Mexico City, Mexico. Each of the four schools youll study at deliver a curriculum that draws on its core strengths.
Canada, Brazil, Mexico and the United States of America collectively represent the largest economies on two continents. Its an increasingly dynamic and interconnected area of trade and economic activity.

間眅埶AV Beedie is home to Canadas first Executive MBA program, founded in 1968. Accredited by AACSB and EQUIS, the school is a global leader in international business teaching and research.
Brazil
FIA Business School
FIA Business School created the first Executive MBA in Brazil in 1993, and has the only fully Brazilian Executive MBA ranked among the best in the world by the Financial Times.
