The Executive MBA program uses the cohort model, with students working in the same teams for their first year. By working this deeply and personally with your cohort team, fellow students and coaches, everyone benefits. Cases consist of real business scenarios that put you in the role of the decision maker. Assignments and class discussions mirror the challenging situations you will encounter as a leader.
You’ll be learning alongside a group of approximately 45 senior professionals who have, on average, two decades of experience. Vastly different from any schooling you’ve pursued in the past, our EMBA uses an applied, interactive approach. Your cohort will be the best and the brightest—from every conceivable industry. They’re thought leaders, just like you.
Class Profile
- Average class size: 40-45

- Class profile: 43% women, 57% men
Grow Your Knowledge & Your Network
Starting year one, we divide your cohort into teams that are made up of professionals with expertise in finance, marketing, operations and other functional areas. The result? A learning experience that simulates what it’s like to be on a real-world leadership team. Everyone gets a turn at the helm. A team may end up as your own personal board of directors, acting as a network and sounding board that you can turn to throughout your career.
Up Close & Interactive
Each new classroom experience presents new opportunities to learn, in different ways. Your instructors will present you with interactive lectures, cases, presentations and more. This is learning hands on and face to face, in a simulated leadership team that collaborates on projects, bringing all of your life and work experiences into play. This is a safe and encouraging place to make and learn from new ways of thinking (and mistakes).
Successful candidates are ready to make a difference in the world and push themselves to their highest potential. As part of this cohort, we expect you to pull your weight while bringing out the best in others. Here’s what it takes to get into the program.
