Jesse Morin

Jesse Morin graduated from ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Archaeology in 2002, and then finished an MA and PhD at UBC in Anthropology.
Jesse is an expert in lithic analysis and the archaeology of the Coast Salish region. Most of Jesse’s research and work is for BC First Nations, including Tsleil-Waututh, K’ómoks, and Takla.
In addition to archaeological research, this work has included rights and title research, repatriation, and assessment of the impacts of large developments on Aboriginal rights and title. Recently, Jesse became an Adjunct Professor at UBC’s Institute for the Oceans and Fisheries.
