This event is for admitted students who will be doing their first year of studies at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey or joining ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey-based undergraduate programs. However, students in all programs are welcome to attend!

All students who have received an offer of admission from ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, whether or not you've already accepted the offer, plus your family members, guardians, and friends as your guests.

Do I need to stay for the whole event?
You're encouraged to take a tour, chat with your faculty's representatives at the fair and explore other program offerings, and attend faculty presentations.
Where can I find free parking?
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Burnaby
We recommend parking in North or East Lots, which will be free for the duration of the event. You can download a map of campus, including parking lots and directions, from Parking & Sustainable Mobility.
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey
You can park in the Surrey Central City Mall parkade, on level P3 and the rooftop right outside ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey. FREE event parking is available between 3:30 - 8:30 pm. Please note that if you park anywhere else in the parkade (e.g. by T&T or Walmart), you may be ticketed after 3 hours.

Can I accept my admission offer at this event?

¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Burnaby
Head to the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVs area on the east side of Blusson Hall, where a member of our team would be happy to assist you.
¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey
Head to the Registrar and Information Services (RIS) front desk at the Mezzanine, where you can pay your tuition deposit. The RIS front desk will be open until 8:00 pm.
Join us online to learn about the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV student experience from different members of the ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV community. We'll be joined by guest speakers from various services across the University and a panel of current students, who will be happy to share their personal experiences and insight into student life. We encourage you to bring any questions you might have.
Who's invited?
Students who have received an offer of admission from ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV and are unable to attend our in-person events at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Burnaby and ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV Surrey.
We'll soon be visiting selected cities around the world. Come meet ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV representatives at in-person events in a city near you, to learn what it's like to live and study in Vancouver, Canada, gain a world-class education from ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, and discover the different paths an ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV degree can take you.
