Your offer of admission is conditional upon meeting the requirements below.
What is a Conditional Offer of ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV?
Most offers of admission to ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV are conditional, which means you must satisfy certain conditions to enroll in your program. Conditions can include completion of in-progress courses, graduating from high school, submitting an official transcript from your institution, and more. An official transcript with final grades must be submitted to ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVs by the deadline indicated in your and before you start classes at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV. Students who do not submit outstanding documents required to confirm their offer will have their offer revoked and will not be eligible to enroll.
Once your final requested documents are submitted and re-reviewed by ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV ¶¡ÏãÔ°AVs, you will receive an email to confirm that your admission conditions have been met.

- Fall applicants: All online courses offered by a distributed learning provider must be 50% complete by March 15 and 100% complete by June 30 to be used in the admission evaluation.
- Online courses not complete by June 30, cannot be used for admission to our Fall intake. For example, courses taken in the summer of 2024 cannot be used towards Fall 2024 admission.
Interim grades
- We will receive your official interim grades from the B.C. Ministry of Education in late April to May. These grades will be used to verify your self-reported grade information
- If you do not meet the admission requirements at this stage, your offer of admission may be revoked
Final grades
- We will receive your official final grades from the B.C Ministry of Education in July. These grades will be used to confirm that all admission requirements have been met
- If you do not meet the admission requirements at this stage, your offer of admission may be revoked

Your offer of admission is based on your IB Predicted Grades and will be reviewed once final grades are available from the International Baccalaureate Organization.
Transfer Credit has been awarded on the basis of your predicted grades and is subject to confirmation upon review of your final IB scores in mid-July.

- Self-paced transferable courses completed through open/online learning providers must be completed by your final document deadline in order to be used for admission and receive transfer credit

- Fraser International College (FIC) students must adhere to the conditions of their pathway agreement
Please be advised that once you begin classes at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV, you are no longer eligible to transfer coursework completed at another post-secondary institution unless you have applied and been admitted to a formal partnership program or have an approved Letter of Permission. Requests for transfer credit for courses completed at another institution while simultaneously enrolled at ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV will be denied.
