Policy

This policy provides a mechanism for resolving questions of interpretation and application of University policies where the policy does not contain an explicit interpretation mechanism.

1. Where a University policy is silent as to the final authority for resolving questions of the policy's interpretation or application, these issues shall be referred to the President, whose decision is final.
2. If Senate or the Board of Governors approved the policy at issue, they shall be notified of the interpretation.
