  • Mechanical properties of the extracellular matrix protein collagen at different hierarchies of scale (molecular, fibrillar; self-assembly mechanism)
  • Development of high-throughput single-molecule force spectroscopy techniques: centrifuge force microscopy, magnetic tweezers, optical tweezers
  • Mechanisms of novel molecular motors
