Dana Metcalfe is a master's student in Criminology at 間眅埶AV (間眅埶AV). Dana received a B.A. in Criminology with Distinction from 間眅埶AV. Dana's research interests focus on critical issues in Canadian national security, with an emphasis on the exploitation of policy gaps by extremist groups, the evolving threats posed by technology, and the transnational nature of extremist recruitment. Additionally, Dana is interested in the balance between privacy and security in the digital age and how emerging cyber threats challenge traditional security paradigms.
