What inspired you to start Panela Lemon?
Originally from Colombia, having learnt the art of baking from my mama, and financial management from an accounting degree, my dream was always to own a food related business. With a passion for a healthy and natural lifestyle, I combined my desires and skills to create Panela Lemon.
At Panela Lemon we make vegan stuffed cookies made from wholesome ingredients and sweetened with artisanal raw Colombian panela and coconut sugar.
Our cookies are handcrafted to perfection and made from carefully selected wholesome ingredients to bring you an exceptional experience.
We have a great variety of cookies including gluten friendly options. Our products are all vegan and delicious.
What advice do you have for aspiring foodpreneurs?
To build your own business is really hard, but patience and trust in yourself are key points.
What advice do you have for ¶¡ÏãÔ°AV students who aspire to have their own business one day?
