HFES Sustainability Task Force Webinar: Optimizing Design of EV Charging Infrastructure for Users

The Human Factors and Ergonomics Society event hones in on The Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act of 2021 and its significance in distributing extrical vehicle chargers across the United States and its effects on landscape of transportation.

"Throughout this critical transition in transportation, the field of HF/E can assist in effective decision-making regarding the infrastructure with EV owners in mind. As university students and memebers of the community, many inidviduls will spend their time volunteering at local businesses, care homes, shelters and health care facilities. An important part of health and safety is ensuring workers are safe but also those who volunteer their time purely out of interest and amelioration of their community.
