Dr. Inna Stepaniuk

Assistant Professor, Faculty of Education

Dr. Stepaniuk's research examines the nexus between educational policy, practice, and commitments to equity and social justice. Three lines of inquiry guide her research program: (1) support and development of equity-oriented educational leaders; (2) context-driven, intersectional, and equitable design of educational policies and practices; and (3) decolonization of learning and teaching.

Dr. Inna Stepaniuk teaches and supervises students in the Curriculum and Instruction: Equity Studies in Education (MA/MEd) and Educational Theory and Practice (PhD, MA/MEd) programs.
