Dr. Stepaniuk's research examines the nexus between educational policy, practice, and commitments to equity and social justice. Three lines of inquiry guide her research program: (1) support and development of equity-oriented educational leaders; (2) context-driven, intersectional, and equitable design of educational policies and practices; and (3) decolonization of learning and teaching.
Dr. Inna Stepaniuk teaches and supervises students in the Curriculum and Instruction: Equity Studies in Education (MA/MEd) and Educational Theory and Practice (PhD, MA/MEd) programs.
