48th Annual Powell Street Festival

With over 60 performances and presentations across multiple venues, including dynamic live music and butoh dance from Kokoro Dance; Kintsugi, an interactive Internment installation by Annie Sumi and Brian Kobayakawa; and a screening of local artist Cindy Mochizuki鈥檚 Between Pictures: The Lens of Tamio Wakayama.

Highlights include panels, movie screenings, walking tours, martial arts, taiko drumming, a sumo tournament, Japanese food and craft booths, children's activities, and much more.
